1. Introduction

Welcome to Artziii! These Terms of Service (“TOS”) govern your use of the Artziii platform, a service provided by Artziii and owned by Krystle Wright (“Owner”). By accessing or using the platform, you agree to abide by these terms. Please read them carefully.

2. User Conduct

Users are expected to act responsibly and respectfully on Artziii. You agree not to upload, share, or distribute any content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others. While we encourage creativity, users must ensure that any content they create or upload does not violate copyright, trademark, or other legal rights.

3. Intellectual Property and User Content

Artziii respects intellectual property rights and expects the same from its users. Any content you upload or create must be your original work or used with proper permissions. Although inspiration and creativity often come from existing works, you must avoid directly replicating protected material without authorization. By using Artziii, you agree that any content significantly inspired by your use of the platform will be your responsibility, and Artziii shall not be held liable for any potential infringement issues arising from your use.

Artziii is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the platform or its content. Furthermore, Artziii makes no warranties regarding the legality or appropriateness of user-generated content. You use the platform at your own risk.

5. Limitations of Liability

Artziii and Krystle Wright are not liable for any damages or losses that may result from your use of the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, claims of intellectual property infringement, data loss, or interruptions in service.

6. Affiliate Program Terms

Artziii offers an Affiliate Program where affiliates can earn a 4% commission on valid subscriber signups. A “valid signup” is defined as a customer who signs up, completes the 3-day free trial, remains subscribed for the remainder of their subscription period, and does not request a refund. Commissions are paid via PayPal after a 30-day period has elapsed.

Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that their marketing practices comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Artziii reserves the right to withhold payment or terminate the affiliate relationship if fraudulent or deceptive practices are detected.

7. General Terms

By using Artziii, you agree to these TOS. Artziii reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.
