If you are unsatisfied with our platform after a purchase and have utilized it to create content, including children’s books, you are eligible for a full refund. However, please note that to qualify for the refund, you must agree not to use, publish, or distribute any content created using Artziii.

2.) Success of Books: While Artziii believes in the potential success of books created on our platform, we understand that success is influenced by numerous factors. Therefore, we do not provide refunds based on complaints related to the success or lack thereof of books created with Artziii.

Cancellation Policy

If you decide to cancel your Artziii subscription, you can do so at any time through the Account Settings page within the App. Upon cancellation, you will not incur charges for future billing periods. Please review our Money Back Guarantee Policy . However, refunds for past billing periods (beyond 30 days after purchasing) are not offered.

Modification of Services

Artziii reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any or all of our services at any time without prior notice. We hold no liability to you or any third party for any changes made to our services.
